KOVO Koudelka s.r.o. is a Czech engineering company founded in 2007, today made up of a team of 37 employees. We specialize in precision machining of steel, metal, and plastic, and we focus on long-term cooperation with customers seeking a reliable manufacturing partner for both single-piece and series production.
Originally a domestic supplier, we have grown into a company where exports to EU and non-EU countries have accounted for the majority of production since 2009.
Our production is built on modern CNC milling machines and lathes from HURCO and MAZAK, Mitsubishi CNC wire EDM machines, ZEISS 3D measuring centers, and other production and inspection technologies. We consistently invest in machinery, digitalization, and automation, and today our production is 100% digitally controlled and ready for paperless operation via APS/MES systems.
Since 2012, we have held ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, and we build quality on a strong system of continuous improvement, data-driven work, and the ability to respond flexibly to customer needs.
An experienced team, our own climate-controlled laboratory and modern measuring equipment help us maintain a high standard of quality control.
Thanks to ZEISS 3D CMM measuring centers, we measure parts precisely according to drawing documentation and 3D models, including dimensionally demanding components.
We work in accordance with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma principles and can handle demanding quality processes such as PPAP, FAI and SPC.
We use Lessons Learned, 8D and Six Sigma DMAIC to prevent errors and continuously improve production stability.
