When a part is ruined during plating, the machine shop blames the coater and vice versa – and you are left holding the scrap. Not with us: we take full single-source responsibility for the finished part, including outsourced surface and heat treatments. One vendor, one warranty, zero coordination on your side.

Plating adds microns to every diameter. We account for the coating thickness buildup already in our machining technology: internal dimensions are adjusted before treatment so the finished, coated part lands exactly within your drawing tolerances.

Technological infrastructure

Modern milling technology for precision machining and even the most demanding jobs

CNC milling accounts for a large part of our production capacity. We use modern HURCO CNC milling machines, manual programming for simpler parts, and the integrated SolidWorks/CamWorks CAD/CAM environment. This enables us to efficiently handle orders of varying complexity, with a focus on quality, efficiency and a stable production process.

The main part of our capacity

CNC milling accounts for approximately 80 per cent of our production capacity.

Dimensions of machined parts

The maximum dimensions of a milled workpiece are 1200 × 500 × 500 mm, with a weight of up to 50 kg.

Continuous production improvement

We use Lessons Learned, 8D and Six Sigma DMAIC to prevent errors and continuously improve production stability.
