Assembly Work

Light mechanical assembly directly connected to our machining: pressing of bushings and pins, fitting of commercial hardware and delivery of small ready-to-install sub-assemblies. One purchase order, one responsible vendor.

Assembly Work
What we offer

Fewer vendors, less overhead

Managing separate suppliers for machining, hardware and assembly multiplies administration and risk of delay. We source commercial components – bearings, screws, pins and similar hardware – and deliver your machined parts as assembled units, ready for your production line.

Our focus is light assembly that follows naturally from machining: pressing bushings and dowel pins, joining machined components, fitting standard hardware. We do not build large or complex assemblies – and we will tell you so upfront rather than overpromise.

Hardware sourcing

We procure bearings, screws, pins and other standard components.

One line item

An assembled unit ready for installation into your own production.

Checked before dispatch

Sub-assemblies go through the same inspection as machined parts.

Assembly Work
What we offer

Assembled, cleaned, verified

Sub-assemblies pass through the same quality chain as individual parts: dimensional inspection, ultrasonic cleaning and traceable marking where required, delivered in one shipment.

Consolidate your supply chain – ask whether your sub-assembly fits our scope.

Technological infrastructure

Modern milling technology for precision machining and even the most demanding jobs

CNC milling accounts for a large part of our production capacity. We use modern HURCO CNC milling machines, manual programming for simpler parts, and the integrated SolidWorks/CamWorks CAD/CAM environment. This enables us to efficiently handle orders of varying complexity, with a focus on quality, efficiency and a stable production process.

The main part of our capacity

CNC milling accounts for approximately 80 per cent of our production capacity.

Dimensions of machined parts

The maximum dimensions of a milled workpiece are 1200 × 500 × 500 mm, with a weight of up to 50 kg.

Manufacturing capabilities

Powerful production capacity

Explore our complete machine fleet, measuring technology and production parameters. See which parts we can manufacture, in what dimensions and with which technical capabilities.

Strong quality infrastructure

An experienced team, our own climate-controlled laboratory and modern measuring equipment help us maintain a high standard of quality control.

Precision 3D part measurement

Thanks to ZEISS 3D CMM measuring centers, we measure parts precisely according to drawing documentation and 3D models, including dimensionally demanding components.

Proven processes

We work in accordance with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma principles and can handle demanding quality processes such as PPAP, FAI and SPC.

Continuous production improvement

We use Lessons Learned, 8D and Six Sigma DMAIC to prevent errors and continuously improve production stability.
