Laser Marking

Permanent fiber laser marking of machined parts – company logos, sequential serial numbers, batch codes and 2D DataMatrix or QR codes for full part traceability, including marking on cylindrical surfaces via a rotary axis.

Laser Marking
What we offer

Traceability that survives the part's whole life

A marking that fades after coating or wears off in service breaks your batch tracking in the field. Fiber laser marking creates a permanent, high-contrast mark directly in the material – legible for the entire lifetime of the component and machine-readable where DataMatrix codes are used.

Thanks to a rotary axis we mark cylindrical parts around their circumference – shafts, sleeves, cylinders and other turned components. Logos, serial numbers, data matrices and batch codes are positioned exactly per your drawing.

Permanent marking

High-contrast mark in the material, legible for the part's lifetime.

DataMatrix & QR codes

Machine-readable codes, serial numbers and batch codes per drawing.

Rotary axis

Marking around the circumference – shafts, sleeves, cylinders.

Legible after coating

Marking sequence is planned to stay legible after treatment.

Laser Marking
What we offer

Sequenced correctly with surface treatment

Because marking, machining and surface treatment are coordinated under one roof, we plan the marking step so it remains legible after anodizing, plating or coating – or mark after treatment where the specification requires it.

Send us your marking specification – we will integrate it into production with zero extra logistics.

Technological infrastructure

Modern milling technology for precision machining and even the most demanding jobs

CNC milling accounts for a large part of our production capacity. We use modern HURCO CNC milling machines, manual programming for simpler parts, and the integrated SolidWorks/CamWorks CAD/CAM environment. This enables us to efficiently handle orders of varying complexity, with a focus on quality, efficiency and a stable production process.

The main part of our capacity

CNC milling accounts for approximately 80 per cent of our production capacity.

Dimensions of machined parts

The maximum dimensions of a milled workpiece are 1200 × 500 × 500 mm, with a weight of up to 50 kg.

Manufacturing capabilities

Powerful production capacity

Explore our complete machine fleet, measuring technology and production parameters. See which parts we can manufacture, in what dimensions and with which technical capabilities.

Strong quality infrastructure

An experienced team, our own climate-controlled laboratory and modern measuring equipment help us maintain a high standard of quality control.

Precision 3D part measurement

Thanks to ZEISS 3D CMM measuring centers, we measure parts precisely according to drawing documentation and 3D models, including dimensionally demanding components.

Proven processes

We work in accordance with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma principles and can handle demanding quality processes such as PPAP, FAI and SPC.

Continuous production improvement

We use Lessons Learned, 8D and Six Sigma DMAIC to prevent errors and continuously improve production stability.
