CNC Milling

Precision CNC milled parts with guaranteed batch-to-batch consistency – from prototypes and small batches to OEM serial production, supplying customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux, Denmark and the UK.

CNC Milling
What we offer

Milling you can plan around

The most expensive part is the one that stops your assembly line. That's why our production relies on stable technological processes, in-process inspection, and final 3D measurement of parts — the hundredth piece matches the first. Milling within tight tolerances on complex geometries, including GD&T requirements, is our daily routine.

We mill aluminum, stainless steel, free-cutting steel, and other common structural materials. We have experience with parts for the printing industry, optics, and manufacturers of industrial equipment. The maximum size of a milled part is 1200 × 500 × 500 mm, with a weight of up to 50 kg.

Repeatable accuracy

Stable processes and final 3D inspection – the hundredth part matches the first.

From 1 piece to series

Prototypes and small-batch production within 5–6 weeks; series production according to current manufacturing capacity.

Kanban & framework agreements

Technological infrastructure

Modern milling technology for precision machining and even the most demanding jobs

CNC milling accounts for a large part of our production capacity. We use modern HURCO CNC milling machines, manual programming for simpler parts, and the integrated SolidWorks/CamWorks CAD/CAM environment. This enables us to efficiently handle orders of varying complexity, with a focus on quality, efficiency and a stable production process.

The main part of our capacity

CNC milling accounts for approximately 80 per cent of our production capacity.

Dimensions of machined parts

The maximum dimensions of a milled workpiece are 1200 × 500 × 500 mm, with a weight of up to 50 kg.

Strong quality infrastructure

An experienced team, our own climate-controlled laboratory and modern measuring equipment help us maintain a high standard of quality control.

Precision 3D part measurement

Thanks to ZEISS 3D CMM measuring centers, we measure parts precisely according to drawing documentation and 3D models, including dimensionally demanding components.

Proven processes

We work in accordance with ISO 9001 and Six Sigma principles and can handle demanding quality processes such as PPAP, FAI and SPC.

Continuous production improvement

We use Lessons Learned, 8D and Six Sigma DMAIC to prevent errors and continuously improve production stability.
