What we offer

Cleanliness your incoming inspection can rely on

Coolant residue or contamination in a blind hole is unacceptable in optical, printing or medical equipment. Our ultrasonic degreasing and cleaning removes machining fluids, loose particles and deposits from surfaces and internal geometries that manual cleaning simply cannot reach.

After cleaning, parts are dried and packed so you can assemble them straight out of the box. Where anti-corrosion protection is required, we apply preservation oil for transport instead, exactly per your specification.

Technological infrastructure

Modern milling technology for precision machining and even the most demanding jobs

CNC milling accounts for a large part of our production capacity. We use modern HURCO CNC milling machines, manual programming for simpler parts, and the integrated SolidWorks/CamWorks CAD/CAM environment. This enables us to efficiently handle orders of varying complexity, with a focus on quality, efficiency and a stable production process.

The main part of our capacity

CNC milling accounts for approximately 80 per cent of our production capacity.

Dimensions of machined parts

The maximum dimensions of a milled workpiece are 1200 × 500 × 500 mm, with a weight of up to 50 kg.
